Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Brittany F. Palmer, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Juniper Environmental, LLC. After playing a key role in two startups and developing a strong entrepreneurial acumen, together with a small group of investors, she launched Juniper in October of 2018. At Juniper, she is responsible for providing organizational and strategic development and management. She oversees the ongoing operations of all departments within the organization. Ms. Palmer directs the company towards our primary goals and objectives, as well as promote communication and cooperation among all departments to create a spirit of unity within the company.

Prior to Juniper, Ms. Palmer was a minority owner and the Executive Vice President of Operations at an Architecture-Engineering firm focused on the federal market,  headquartered in Saint Louis, Missouri. She joined the firm when it was a startup in 2013 to pioneer the Marketing & Proposal arm of the company. In 2015, with a fully functioning department that won more than $85M in contract value, Ms. Palmer began transitioning to a new challenge in her career path by increasing her studies in Business Management and Human Resource Management. Within this role, she grew to directly manage the administration and coordination of the firm’s Corporate Operations and HR departments. Before this, Ms. Palmer served as an integral part of launching a Virginia-based company focused on providing marketing and proposal support to federal contractors. This is where she was able to further develop her marketing and proposal capabilities, while also establishing the foundation of her corporate operations experience. She began her career in marketing and communications at a Virginia-based firm, a focused healthcare systems integrator with a particular strength in federal healthcare systems.

Ms. Palmer holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications.
Ms. Palmer demonstrates her belief in the value of community and service through volunteering, donations, and time. She serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the TreeHouse Wildlife Center, an Illinois-based non-profit organization established in 1979 dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of native wildlife while promoting environmental awareness through education. She enjoys mushroom hunting and spending time on local Rivers with her husband and two children.
